I have been hand selected along with 19 other top riders from around the country to participate in the George Morris Gladstone Program. This program is available for riders 18 years and older that have competed jumpers at 1.45m or higher and have a desire to compete internationally.
Most people are very familiar with Mr. Morris but for those who are not, here’s some background. George Morris is considered the founding father of equitation. He served as the USET chef d’equipe from 2005-2013. He coached United States teams to individual and team Silver metals at the 2006 Fédération Équestre Internationale, FEI, World Equestrian Games. In 2008 he coached the team that won the Team Gold Medal at the Olympic Games in Hong Kong as well as the team member who won the Individual Bronze Medal.
I have been instructed in clinic opportunities with George Morris since 1994 and was thrilled when he recommended that I apply to participate in this program. I look forward to an amazing week of learning from Mr. Morris and sharing my experience with the Creekside team and all of my supporters that helped me get here!
Special thanks to everyone that donated to my GoFundMe account, Jonathan Walpole and the Neil Jones Equestrian team for providing me the amazing Caprice VH Leliehof Z to ride, to the clients of Creekside for your patience while I’m away and to my amazing family that supports me in every way possible!
